What we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form on this website, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address and any notes you add. We use these only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange an installation.
How we use it
Your information is used to contact you about your enquiry, to schedule and carry out work you have booked, and to provide warranty service afterwards. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept only as long as they are useful for responding to you. Customer records are retained for the duration of the 10-year warranty period so that we can honour warranty claims, and for as long as Canadian business and tax record-keeping requirements apply.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record the request in its server logs. If analytics or advertising tools are added to this site in future, this policy will be updated to say so.
Your rights
Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@crystallights.ca or call 604-679-4087 and we will respond.
